Wedding Photographers Traverse City
Allow us to introduce ourselves! We are the husband and wife super duo of Wren Photography, but you can call us Jen and Alex. we are Traverse City wedding photographers, we laugh often, adore photographing people in love, enjoy working together (on most days), and are so in love with our daughter Cordelia.
We adore “Telling the Story of You” by capturing great portraits and also all the little details that truly help us tell your story. We specialize in weddings, destination weddings, engagements, family & senior portraits, and we also offer videographer services. We are located in gorgeous Traverse City, MI, but are available for travel worldwide.
We have been nationally published for our wedding and portrait work (today.com, cosmopolitan.com, theknot.com just to name a few). We also have received the Editors’ Choice Award from Two Bright Lights three years in a row (2014, 2015, 2016).
When a couple hires us as their wedding photographers they are inviting us into the most special day of their lives. They are allowing us to tell their story, through photos, that they can enjoy for years to come. They are trusting that in the emotionally-packed, laughter-filled, crazy-awesome day we will be there to capture it all. Sure any friend, uncle, or ‘fill-in-the-blank’ can click photos on wedding day. Our years of fine art education, along with the years of experience, and the joy of planning our own wedding has pushed our photography to the level it is today. We are delighted to be Traverse City wedding photographers.
About Jen: Oldest of seven girls, crazy cat lady in the making, studied photography at Northern Michigan University, obsessed with weddings, in love with anything sparkly, adores traveling, and met Alex by “stealing” his bike on Mackinac Island.
About Alex: Youngest of two boys, Alex taught Jen how to use a camera while working together at the Old Time Photo on Mackinac Island, enjoys biking around town, loves to cook “healthy” meals, studied business at Northern Michigan University, and has seen almost every movie out in the world–or so it seems.
Thank you to the Mitten Tog for the amazing images of us and our daughter Cordelia.
